Planning, designing, installing, repairing, and maintaining the pavement markings, signs, and street lights for the City of Fort Worth.
Work with minimal supervision.
Installation, repair, and maintenance of traffic control systems, specifically street lights.
Operate various specialized tools and equipment related to traffic control system maintenance.
Requirements :
High School diploma/GED with additional specialized training in electronic systems, street light systems, traffic signal systems and/or electrical wiring.
Three (3) years of increasingly responsible electronic and/or electrical experience in the repair and maintenance of street light, traffic signal, or electrical systems.
Valid driver’s license.
Possession of a Class B CDL Driver’s License or the ability to obtain one within six (6) months of hire.
